Donation to local school raised by BogFest fell race

November 14, 2017

More than £460 raised at BogFest fell races in September will help children at a local primary school learn about nature.

The adult and junior fell races were organised as part of the three-day Moors for the Future Partnership and IUCN UK Peatland Programme conference-come-festival in Edale, Peak District National Park. The cash was raised as a result of car park and registration fees; it’ll be used by Edale CE Primary School to buy equipment for a new environmental project in the village. Read more.
