In the run up to COP26 in Glasgow, the Scottish Alliance for Geoscience, Environment and Society (SAGES) are organising free monthly events to engage adults and families across the UK and beyond. From Arctic sea ice to Highland peatlands, members will be sharing pioneering, positive stories of how researchers work together to understand our world and provide solutions to the climate emergency.
Each month is a different theme that showcases the very best of SAGES science, including adventures in cold climates, engineering the future and the connection between nature and human wellbeing. In July they will be showcasing their Bog Tales.
